The Incoloy 800H metallographic structure:
800H for the face-centered cubic lattice structure. Ti: C ratio very low carbon content and improve the stability of the structure and allergy resistance as well as resistance to intergranular corrosion. The low temperature annealing around 950 ℃ to ensure a fine grain structure.

Corrosion resistance of Incoloy 800H:
800H resistant to many corrosive media corrosion. Its high nickel content so that it has a good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. The high chromium content has better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid, organic acid corrosion, but limited corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. In addition to pitting corrosion may occur in the halide, good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salt. Mixture of water, vapor, steam, air, carbon dioxide has good corrosion resistance.
